Job summary

Jobsinkent in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an experienced Block Property Manager to join a friendly, growing team on a long-term basis. You will manage your own portfolio of residential blocks across the South East, with the autonomy to organise your workload and build strong relationships with landlords, leaseholders and stakeholders.

Are you an experienced Block Property Manager looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established local company?

We are looking for an experienced Block Property Manager to join a friendly and growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties across the South East, with the autonomy to organise your workload and build strong relationships with landlords, leaseholders and other key stakeholders.

You should have experience with:

• Managing a portfolio of residential blocks
