Job summary

Dove & Hawk is recruiting a Block Manager for Surrey on a hybrid basis, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm. You will oversee a portfolio near the office, delivering reliable property management services with a local focus.

The candidate should have block management experience, a full driving license, strong administration and IT skills, and be highly organised with excellent communication. This is a growing independent firm offering a hands-on, client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Block management experience required.
• Driving license and own car required.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Full management of assigned portfolio.
• Stakeholder management and liaison with clients.
• Managing planned maintenance and budgets.
• Ensuring Section 20 planned maintenance is budgeted.
• Regular property visits and reporting.
• Chairing AGMs and coordinating meetings.

Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00am- 18:00pm (Hybrid working)

My client, a growing, independent property management company are looking for a Block Manager to join the team in Surrey. You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio within proximity to the office. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business whilst working locally!
