Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee blocks and estates, managing service charges, budgets and compliance with the Building Safety Act. You will visit developments across Lancashire and Greater Manchester, working site-based with home-working options.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with RMCs, Residents' Associations and developers, ensure audits and major works planning, and maintain high service standards with attention to

Qualifications

• Block/estate property management experience with blocks and estates.
• Good understanding of leases and service charge budgeting.
• Solid knowledge of the Building Safety Act and Higher Risk Buildings.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established residential portfolio of blocks and estates in line with SLAs.
• Lead meetings with RMC Directors, Residents' Associations and developers.
• Monitor service charges and budgets to fund necessary works.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, M&E and building safety requirements.
• Maintain audit trails for site visits and meetings; oversee major works planning.
