Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Learning Design Lead to guide a team of Learning Designers in Nottingham and India. You will design, develop and evaluate learning solutions that improve behaviours and performance, using a blend of online and face-to-face formats.

You will drive a modern blended learning strategy, work with stakeholders to create roadmaps, and leverage new technologies to enhance learning outcomes while ensuring accessibility and impact for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Design and develop blended learning solutions across multiple sites.
• Lead a team of Learning Designers to deliver engaging trainings.
• Apply learning methodologies to measure behavioural and performance improvements.
• Utilise data from various sources to inform learning strategies.
• Create and update online and face-to-face learning materials.
• Experience in video and audio learning asset production.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Learning Designers across Nottingham and India.
• Design and develop a Blended Learning strategy to modernise training and increase effectiveness.
• Identify knowledge gaps and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain and evolve evaluation frameworks to demonstrate learning impact.
• Produce learner materials suitable for UK and India audiences.
