Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Kingston is seeking a passionate Group Exercise Supervisor for our BLAZE program. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are delivered in line with Programming Excellence.

You will also manage the MYZONE community, and help with system checks, H&S and compliance. The role requires CIMSPA Level 3 and at least one year teaching group exercise, plus a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role.
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• You will have a passion about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills.
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Have a passion about customer service.

Responsibilities

About you :

As a BLAZE Instructor:

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals .

• Be s elf‑driven with a positive outlook
