Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking passionate Group Exercise Instructors to lead engaging classes across our six Signature Programs: BLAZE, SPIRIT, CYCLONE, RHYTHM, IGN1TE and BATTLEBOX. You will deliver CIMSPA-accredited training, inspire members and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive studio culture.

You'll be able to teach multiple classes per location, adapt to all fitness levels and help members achieve their goals with excellent communication and service.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification required.
• Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Customer service focus is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and dynamic classes across our Signature Programs (BLAZE, SPIRIT, CYCLONE, RHYTHM, IGN1TE, BATTLEBOX).
• Teach multiple classes in one location.
• Inspire and support members to achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with studio teams to maintain high standards.
• Uphold safety and inclusivity in all sessions.

About you :

As a Group Exercise Instructor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply for this role
• Be able to a dapt to all fitness levels and abilities
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals .
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
