Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor for its BLAZE program in London. You will work closely with departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events align with Programming Excellence principles.

You will also manage the MYZONE community and assist with H&S and compliance checks. The role requires a CIMSPA Level 3 qualification and at least 1 year of group exercise teaching experience, with a strong focus on customer service and an upbeat, self-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIMSPA Level 3 qualification required.
• At least 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BLAZE timetable and social events in line with Programming Excellence.
• Oversee the MYZONE community and club reports including health & safety and compliance checks.
