Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Bishop's Cleeve is seeking a passionate BLAZE Instructor to lead boutique-style group training across Cardio, Strength and MMA boxing zones. You will inspire members, deliver high-energy sessions, and help create an inclusive club culture.

Join a premium health and wellness group where CIMSPA Level 3 certification is required, and where ongoing coaching and in-house training support your professional growth and teaching techniques.

Qualifications

• Level 3 CIMSPA certification required.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver BLAZE classes across Cardio, Strength and MMA zones.
• Inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Engage with participants to ensure safe, effective workouts and high energy sessions.
• Collaborate with team to foster an inclusive club culture.

The class is boutique style group training delivered using the three Blaze Zones: Cardio, strength, and MMA boxing/combat. This coupled with some of Ibiza’s finest DJ mixes, custom lighting and integrated MYZONE technology makes BLAZE the hottest prospect in the Fitness Industry right now.

About you:

As a BLAZE Instructor:

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role

• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.

• Have overall great communication and interaction skills

• Be self-driven with a positive outlook

• Have a passion about customer service.
