Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a passionate BLAZE Instructor to join our premium health and wellness group in the UK. As a Blaze Supervisor you will work closely with multiple departments to ensure the BLAZE timetable and social events align with Programming Excellence.

You must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA and have at least one year of group exercise teaching experience. The role requires strong communication, a service mindset and a self-driven, positive outlook to inspire members to reach

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to help members achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• As Blaze Supervisor, coordinate the BLAZE timetable and social events per Programming Excellence.
• Manage the MYZONE community and club system, plus health & safety and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver engaging classes and member experiences.
