Qualifications

• Minimum CIMSPA Level 3 qualification required.
• At least 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage BLAZE timetable and social events in line with Programming Excellence.
• Oversee MYZONE community and club reports (H&S, compliance).
• Collaborate with departments to deliver boutique studio experience.
• Inspire and support members to achieve their fitness goals.
