David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor for our BLAZE program. You will manage the BLAZE timetable and events, collaborating with various departments to ensure programming excellence and member engagement.

Ideal candidates hold CIMSPA Level 3, have at least 1 year teaching group exercise experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills to inspire members toward their goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIMSPA Level 3 or higher.
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the BLAZE timetable and social events in line with Programming Excellence.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth class delivery and events.
• Manage MYZONE community, club reports, and compliance checks.
