Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. Kingston is seeking a passionate Group Exercise Supervisor to join our BLAZE program on a part-time basis.

You will work closely with other departments to manage the BLAZE timetable and social events, while supporting the MYZONE community and ensuring safety and compliance checks are completed. We value CIMSPA Level 3 qualifications, at least one year of group exercise teaching experience, and a customer-focused, self-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification required.
• At least 1 year of group exercise teaching experience.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BLAZE timetable and social events in line with Programming Excellence.
• Oversee MYZONE community, system and club reports including H&S and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with standards.
