Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs seeks a Group Exercise Supervisor to oversee the BLAZE timetable and social events in line with Programming Excellence. You will manage the MYZONE community, system, and club reports to ensure safety and compliance while inspiring members to reach their fitness goals.

The role requires CIMSPA Level 3 and at least 1 year of group exercise teaching experience, with a passion for customer service and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Holds a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for the role.
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Be passionate about health and fitness and inspire members to achieve goals.
• Have great communication and interaction skills.
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Have a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with departments to ensure the BLAZE timetable is managed per Programming Excellence.
• Ensure BLAZE social events are managed per Programming Excellence.
• Manage the MYZONE community.
• Manage the MYZONE system.
• Manage club reports including health and safety and compliance checks.
