AtkinsRéalis is recruiting a Studio Lead for our Birmingham practice to grow the architectural offering and lead a multi-disciplinary team. You will shape design leadership, manage client engagements, and drive successful bids in education, commercial, and local government sectors.

The role requires ARB registered architects with a track record in delivering high-quality projects, a strong design sensibility, and experience with Revit/BIM. Flexibility for travel and local work is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration.
• Experience leading a studio and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven bid and tender experience in education, commercial or public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Birmingham studio and drive strategic growth, portfolio development, and client relationships.
• Oversee business development, bidding, and project delivery across local and regional markets.
• Manage staff development, resources and financial performance of the studio.
