Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day running of the studio, staff development and resource management.
• Lead project management and contribute to business development and work-winning efforts.
• Develop design culture with a focus on narrative and technical delivery.
• Secure work through bids, develop compelling concepts, and manage local opportunities.
• Build design leadership across the Southampton office and deliver high-quality projects.
