Roche in Welwyn is seeking a Global Study Manager to join pRED early phase clinical studies. You will lead study management and clinical operations within a cross-functional team, delivering high-quality trial execution and helping Roche be the preferred sponsor for sites, patients and other healthcare providers.

You will provide country oversight, manage vendor performance, plan demand and supply of IMP, and oversee risk and compliance while driving operational excellence across studies.

Qualificações

• Global Clinical Trial Management experience required.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think on your feet and collaborate across teams.
• University degree or equivalent; life sciences focus preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver study execution with operational expertise in protocol design, feasibility, country selection and data delivery plans.
• Provide country oversight and guidance to country operational reps to ensure timely start-up and recruitment.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure adherence to contracts, ICH/GCP, SOPs and regulations.
• Plan demand and supply, including IMP, to ensure sites have necessary resources for studies.
• Support risk management, issue tracking and logs across responsibilities.
• Drive operational excellence across a range of activities to improve study execution.
