Job summary

Gate One in the United Kingdom is seeking a Life Sciences Change Management Manager to lead complex transformation programmes across pharma, biotech and medical devices. You will drive adoption, stakeholder engagement and capability-building while delivering measurable business value.

You will manage workstreams, coach consultants and contribute to business development within Life Sciences, leveraging technology, data and governance to realise client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6+ years of relevant consulting, transformation or change management experience.
• Experience delivering change management programmes within Life Sciences (pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to translate complexity into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of change management workstreams across Life Sciences transformation programmes.
• Design and deliver change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption measurement.
• Support technology-enabled change initiatives involving digital platforms, AI and data analytics.
• Navigate organisational, cultural and governance barriers to ensure measurable business value.
• Develop solutions and provide implementation plans with clear recommendations.
• Manage project teams and contribute to business development within Life Sciences.
