Roche Products Ltd in Welwyn seeks an experienced program and change management professional to bridge technical, operational, and business boundaries. You will drive project roadmaps, embed adoption into daily workflows, and realize business value across biotech and pharma domains.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, manage risks, and craft communications for leaders to enable sustained business-as-usual outcomes in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading cross-functional delivery in biotech/pharma environments.
• Experience embedding business or operational solutions in clinical development, medical affairs, or technology.
• Strong change management including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, adoption planning, and resistance management.

Responsabilités

• Scope, plan, and execute project roadmaps to drive value within agreed timelines.
• Apply consistent project delivery standards, managing day-to-day delivery, cross-functional coordination and deliverable development.
• Capture, track, and mitigate operational, timeline, and execution risks with proper program documentation.
• Prepare data updates and progress metrics for executive governance bodies to support decision-making.
• Design and deploy adoption frameworks that embed deliverables into daily workflows across affected units.
• Perform impact assessments, map user journeys, and address adoption barriers to shape planning.
• Create transparent communication plans and equip leaders with narratives and tools to coach their teams.
