Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. in Northampton is seeking a Bioresources Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of critical assets across designated sites.

The role delivers a comprehensive maintenance programme, combining time-based, condition-based, and performance-based interventions with local teams and contractors. You will drive CBM routes, coordinate planned and reactive work, and ensure all safety-critical equipment is maintained on schedule while liaising with Maintenance

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with fault finding and improving mechanical and electrical assets through Planned Preventative Maintenance and strong Root Cause Analysis.
• Knowledge of Water Recycling processes and associated Health and Safety requirements knowledge is essential.
• Experience using SAP, IRIS and Power BI is desirable.
• Flexible approach to work as sites operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in the performance and efficiency of operational assets and maintenance activities within the assigned area.
• Ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance work.
• Own the design, development, and optimisation of Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) routes and associated alerts.
• Ensure all safety critical equipment maintenance activities are completed on time and in line with compliance requirements.
• Provide mechanical and electrical technical support to Maintenance Managers and their teams.
• Lead and undertake project work within the area, including initiatives to reduce operating costs and optimise mechanical and electrical asset performance.
