Job summary

Urban Planters is seeking a Business Design Consultant to join our Dorset, Devon & Cornwall team. This full-time role offers a starting salary of £27,053 with a potential to £36k through grading, and an expected OTE of £40k with commission.

You will manage your own schedule, foster client relationships, and transform spaces with creativity, benefiting from a company vehicle, fuel card, and the support of Rentokil Initial family.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales; daily face-to-face with customers.
• Outgoing, naturally creative individual.
• Competent IT skills.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.
