The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Company Performance Bonus + Equity + Benefits

iProov is scaling rapidly and seeks a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team.

How you can make an impact

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration and model impacts, identifying under-performing models, and collaborating with product teams.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, evaluate systems, optimize configurations, and monitor performance.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate with Data Teams, communicate trends, and work to eliminate bias.
• Assist support teams in investigating customer concerns, manage tickets, and analyze performance issues.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to assess risks of front-end changes through data analysis.
