Integrated Pathology Partnerships Limited is seeking a HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist to join the Immunology department at the SPS Hub in Taunton. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with LEAN workflow, ISO15189 accreditation, and opportunities to advance within a progressive pathology service.

You will perform day-to-day testing, sign off results, and help develop junior staff. The employer supports CPD and provides a Wellbeing Allowance. Band 5 with progression potential is offered.

Qualificações

• HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist with IBMS accreditation.
• Experience in clinical diagnostic pathology laboratory preferable.
• Ability to work in a LEAN, ISO15189 environment.

Responsabilidades

• Day to day sample testing and authorisation of blood test results.
• Supervise, mentor and support Biomedical Scientists and trainees within the department.
• Participate in CPD and develop skills with our Training team.
• Maintain fitness to practice and adhere to professional standards.

Formação académica

BSc (Hons) IBMS accredited degree or equivalent
