You will rotate throughout the Microbiology department, and require the ability to work under pressure and work well within a team. The department has achieved UKAS accreditation to ISO 15189 and is an IBMS approved training laboratory. The successful applicant must have completed IBMS Registration Portfolio and be HCPC registered, however depending on the number of applicants, a Trainee BMS working towards their Registration Portfolio may be considered. Applicants working towards completion of the Registration portfolio would be appointed at Annex Band 5 pending completion of the portfolio.
