Job summary

Ipsen is actively seeking a Principal Scientist in Wrexham to lead Cell Line Development and Upstream Process Development for biologics. You will drive strategy across CLD and USP, guiding cross-functional CMC teams and collaborating with CDMOs to deliver development programmes from candidate selection through to commercial manufacturing.

The role requires deep CLD/USP expertise, experience with CHO/mammalian culture and a track record in regulatory submissions and technology transfer.

Qualifications

• Significant pharma/biotech experience in biologics development.
