Ipsen Biopharm Ltd in Wrexham, North Wales, seeks a Production Team Leader to guide a manufacturing team in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will lead, coach and develop production colleagues while driving safety, quality and efficiency to meet targets.

Collaborating with Quality and Engineering, you will implement improvements, ensure GMP compliance and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP principles and quality management systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple activities effectively.
• Experience supporting operational performance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a high-performing production team.
• Ensure manufacturing activities are completed safely and in line with production plans.
• Coordinate resources to achieve production targets and support maintenance/validation activities.
• Ensure deviations and quality issues are recorded, investigated and addressed.
• Promote a safe, compliant and inclusive team environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.
