Job Description:

We are seeking a bioinformatician with experience in NGS pipeline development and validation, particularly in a clinical oncology setting. The role involves working with cloud-based orchestration services, primarily using Python and R.

Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of applied experience in bioinformatics data analysis
2. Experience analyzing Illumina NGS data
3. Proficiency with bioinformatics tools for copy number variation and whole genome sequencing data
4. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
5. Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably Amazon AWS
6. Ability to automate data processing and productionize workflows
7. Strong analytical skills in biomarker accuracy and reproducibility
8. Experience with NGS-derived biomarkers such as Small Variants, Copy Number Variants, and Structural Variants

Desirable: Experience with Illumina Dragen platform.
