Job summary

Eko Talent is seeking a highly motivated Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of a renewable energy biogas facility in the United Kingdom. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant running of the plant while delivering optimal biogas production and reliable plant performance.

Lead and develop a team of technicians and operators, coordinate maintenance with contractors and suppliers, monitor feedstock inputs and digester yields, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement and

Qualifications

NEBOSH / IOSH / AP health & safety qualifications.
Experience in industrial process environments (Biogas, AD, EFW, etc.).
WAMITAB certification or equivalent (or willingness to attain).
Experience with SCADA/PLC systems and maintenance planning software.
Electrical or mechanical engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all aspects of plant operations, maintenance, and performance.
Monitor and optimise feedstock inputs, biogas yield, and digestate quality.
Ensure compliance with environmental permits, HSE regulations, and company standards.
Lead and develop a skilled team of technicians and operators.
Coordinate plant maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
Analyse plant data and prepare operational reports.
Drive process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
