Job summary
Eurofins is seeking an BioAnalytical Scientist to support the development and optimisation of immunochromatography-based antigen content assays for vaccines at our Milton Keynes site. You will work in the client-facing Analytical Technology Solutions department, contributing to robust, validated assays and data-driven decisions.
The role requires GMP/GLP aware candidates with experience in FPLC, UNICORN, ALIAS autosampling, and data analysis using Excel or GraphPad Prism.
Qualifications
- Degree or higher in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, biology, chemistry or related life science field and GMP/GLP exposure.
- Experience with GMP/regulated labs and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimise and troubleshoot immunochromatography-based antigen content assays.
- Perform protein purification and sample prep using ÄKTA FPLC systems and UNICORN software.
- Develop chromatography methods within UNICORN for robust results.
- Operate, calibrate and maintain ÄKTA systems and autosamplers.
- Support method validation including accuracy, precision and linearity.
- Analyse data and document findings following GDP practices.
