Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Revit / CAD Technician for their MEP team in Nottingham. This full-time role offers a great opportunity for individuals with experience in building services design, focusing on collaborative work across various sectors including healthcare and education.

The position requires 2-3+ years of Revit MEP experience and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical services. The package includes private healthcare, flexible working hours, and 25 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience using Revit MEP within a consultancy or contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and coordination principles.

Responsibilities

• Producing and maintaining detailed 2D and 3D MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Supporting engineers with coordinated BIM deliverables.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary design teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Contributing to BIM process development and best practice initiatives.
• Managing project information and ensuring high-quality drawing outputs.
