Kier Design are seeking a Senior Revit/CAD Technician to join our MEP team on projects across Liverpool/Manchester/Leeds. You will lead 3D BIM coordination and produce 2D drawings, driving concepts through to construction and handover.

The role requires strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, MEP coordination experience and a proactive approach to QA, BEP compliance and collaboration with stakeholders. Agile working and a 40‑hour week are available.

Formación

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Proven senior level experience delivering complex MEP layouts and BIM models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across disciplines.
• Experience with QA procedures, document control and CDE platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of high‑quality MEP designs and construction-level layouts using 3D Revit within BIM environments.
• Act as lead coordinator in design coordination meetings with MEP specialists and other disciplines.
• Provide senior‑level technical advice in BIM/COBie/Revit/CAD activities.
• Drive BIM implementation, best practices and sustainable design solutions.
• Prepare and monitor model coordination and drawing output delivery programmes.
• Maintain standards and reporting to senior leaders on project progress.
• Model and document from sketches or mark-ups and coordinate with stakeholders.
