Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Revit / CAD Technician for their MEP team in Nottingham. This full-time role offers a great opportunity for individuals with experience in building services design, focusing on collaborative work across various sectors including healthcare and education.

The position requires 2-3+ years of Revit MEP experience and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical services. The package includes private healthcare, flexible working hours, and 25 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience using Revit MEP within a consultancy or contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services.

• Supporting engineers with coordinated BIM deliverables.

• Managing project information and ensuring high-quality drawing outputs.

I'm currently working with a well-established Building Services Engineering consultancy that is looking to add a Revit / CAD Technician to its growing MEP team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in building services design who enjoys working collaboratively on a diverse range of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, retail, leisure and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing and maintaining detailed 2D and 3D MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD
• Supporting engineers with coordinated BIM deliverables
• Working closely with multidisciplinary design teams throughout project lifecycles
• Contributing to BIM process development and best practice initiatives

What we're looking for
