Job summary

Waterman Group is seeking a Revit Technician to join the Building Services (MEP) team in Nottingham. You will produce Revit models and drawings for mechanical, electrical and public health systems, coordinating with engineers across projects.

You will develop BIM skills, ensure accuracy and quality, and work within a collaborative team to meet deadlines. Nottingham office offers opportunities to grow within a multi-disciplinary consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience as Revit Technician in Building Services/MEP environment.
• Good knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Interest in mechanical, electrical and public health services.

Responsibilities

• Produce Revit MEP models and technical drawings for building services systems.
• Model HVAC, pipework, containment and plant layouts.
• Coordinate models with engineers and other disciplines.
• Assist with clashes resolution and model reviews.
• Follow BIM standards, templates and workflows.
• Check drawings and models for accuracy and quality.
• Support project coordination meetings and team deadlines.
• Develop knowledge of building services design and BIM processes.
