Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks an experienced Freelance BIM Technician to join a minor works project on a Halifax site with flexible hybrid working. You will produce high-quality models, coordinate project data, and ensure compliance with current BIM standards.

The role requires proven BIM Technician experience on commercial or residential projects, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, with strong clash-detection and coordination capabilities. This is a freelance/contract position.

We are seeking an experienced Freelance BIM Technician to join a minor works project. Based on a Halifax site with flexible hybrid working options, you will be responsible for producing high-quality models, coordinating project data, and ensuring compliance with current BIM standards.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record as a BIM Technician on commercial or residential projects.
• High proficiency in core BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Experience in clash detection and multi-disciplinary model coordination.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a hybrid setup.
