Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Freelance BIM Technician to join a minor works project on a Halifax site with flexible hybrid working options. You will be responsible for producing high-quality models, coordinating project data, and ensuring compliance with current BIM standards.

The role requires a proven BIM track record on commercial or residential schemes, strong skills in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a BIM Technician on commercial or residential projects.
• High proficiency in core BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Experience in clash detection and multi-disciplinary model coordination.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid setup.
• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
