Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a BIM Modeler to join our London team. The role focuses on creating and managing intelligent 3D BIM models for complex infrastructure projects. You will ensure compliance with standards and coordinate with engineers, architects and other stakeholders to streamline decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in related discipline (civil engineering, architecture, BIM, etc.).
• Knowledge of BIM software including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models.

Responsibilities

• Use BIM software to develop and maintain detailed 3D models.
• Ensure model compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Execute clash detection and resolve design issues.
• Collaborate with AEC professionals and stakeholders in project meetings.
• Update models based on feedback and changes.
• Perform model quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
