Job summary

Egis Group, in collaboration with VVB Engineering, is delivering BIM-enabled MEPF works for the HS2 gateway station in London. The BIM Modeller/Coordinator will produce and coordinate high-quality 3D CAD models, ensuring alignment with project standards and BEP, and will liaise with BIM leads and specialists to maintain data integrity.

Based in London, you will work in the office at Elephant and Castle three days per week, supporting clash avoidance, model audits, and information management

Qualifications

• BIM Modeller with at least 3 years' experience in major infrastructure/transportation projects.
• Experience working in an engineering production environment.
• Railway, transportation or construction background is ideal.
• Experience delivering projects to UK BIM Standards including BS1192 and ISO 19650.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery and management of projects from technical design to construction stage.
• Implement best practice and consistent processes across the project and liaise with stakeholders and supply chain.
• Maintain quality standards of all deliverables, including information exchange and conversions.
• Utilise Bentley ProjectWise with OpenBuilding Designer and MicroStation for 3D CAD models and documentation.
• Collaborate with BIM leads to optimize clash results using modelling methods.
• Produce model geometry in line with BEP and Component Catalogue.
• Ensure models meet project requirements and are prepared for submission.
• Support and liaise with the BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, and project team in deliverables.
• Maintain the project's ProjectWise Common Data Environment and data flow standards.
• Participate in QA checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with employer information requirements.
