Job summary

Nicholas Associates in Rotherham is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM workflows across residential, commercial, healthcare and education sectors. You will ensure model accuracy, manage standards, and support design teams. The role requires strong Revit skills, knowledge of BIM Level 2, and excellent communication and coordination. A proactive eye for detail and 7+ years in a Building Design Consultancy are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a BIM/MEP role within a building design consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• A proactive attitude and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines using Revit and Navisworks.
• Support project teams with clash detection, issue tracking, and model management.
• Maintain and enforce company and industry BIM standards.
• Assist in BIM execution planning and documentation.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
