Nicholas Associates in Sheffield is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and develop BIM capabilities across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will take ownership of digital delivery standards and drive BIM best practice to support successful project delivery.

This role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary up to £60,000, and ongoing professional development with a varied client base across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as BIM Manager/Coordinator in MEP/building services.
• Strong knowledge of BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary building services models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and development of BIM processes across the business.
• Manage BIM standards, protocols, and project workflows.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models across Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health disciplines.
• Oversee project BIM delivery to ensure compliance with client and industry requirements.
• Manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) and information exchange processes.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to engineers and BIM technicians.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and quality assurance checks.
• Produce and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project information requirements.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and design teams throughout project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new BIM technologies and best practices.
