Job summary

Nicholas Associates in Sheffield is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead MEP BIM delivery and drive standards across projects. You will coordinate Revit-based work, ensure BIM quality, and collaborate with design engineers and project teams to resolve clashes and maintain consistency.

Qualifications

• Strong experience using Revit within an MEP environment.
• Previous BIM Coordination experience.
• Good understanding of BIM Level 2 processes and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ambition to progress and take on additional responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP BIM projects across Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health disciplines.
• Manage and maintain project BIM standards and procedures.
• Produce and review high-quality Revit models.
• Work closely with design engineers and project teams.
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve clashes.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Help drive BIM best practice across the business.
