Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in BIM and/or CAD management roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, COBie, IFC and BS 1192 standards.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and CDE platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital engineering delivery across projects.
• Produce and develop discipline-specific BIM models.
• Drive adoption of AI, digital twins, and automation tools.
