Qualifications

• Experience within a survey company and the design, construction, or AEC industry.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and methodologies.
• Proven experience in Scan to BIM and BIM modelling workflows.
• Familiar with Information Management principles and Common Data Environments (CDEs).

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM projects, ensuring high-quality 3D model delivery.
• Validate graphical and non-graphical data for compliance.
• Provide technical support on BIM and Information Management challenges.
• Review and approve models for coordination and issue.
