Job Summary

As a Senior BIM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing digital project execution, ensuring smooth BIM-based collaboration for civil engineering and data center construction projects. Your expertise in virtual design, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary integration will optimize efficiency and align project workflows with industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee BIM execution plans for civil engineering and data center construction projects.Ensur
• e seamless coordination between designers, engineers, and contractors using BIM methodologies.Imple
• ment 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM workflows to enhance project planning, scheduling, and cost management.Lead
• clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks or Solibri, minimizing construction errors.Ensur
• e compliance with data center design standards, sustainability practices, and safety regulations.Colla
• borate with MEP teams to optimize data center infrastructure layouts and ensure seamless integration.Condu
• ct quality control checks for civil structures, foundations, and data center equipment layouts.Train
• project teams on BIM software like Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Tekla to enhance digital modeling proficiency.Integ
• rate BIM workflows with cloud-based collaboration platforms, ensuring efficient data management and communication.Stay
• updated on emerging BIM technologies and AI-driven design solutions to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.5+ ye
• ars of experience in BIM management for civil engineering or data center projects.Profi
