Join to apply for the Senior Architect and BIM Manager role at Baily Garner LLP

We are seeking a Senior Architect & BIM Manager to work collaboratively with our expanding Architectural team. This exciting role involves working on Residential, Education, Blue light (police, fire, ambulance) projects, primarily focusing on RIBA stages 4-6, with the possibility of hybrid working. The position is based at our Eltham office.

Responsibilities include:

1. Operate flexibly within a Group environment to meet project team obligations.
2. Implement and manage a BIM Management System, including procedures, practices, tools, and templates, to comply with BIM Level 2 standards.
3. Provide training, support, and mentoring to facilitate BIM protocol delivery.
4. Lead the use, deployment, and assessment of REVIT Architecture related to the BIM Management System.
5. Design, draw, and compute as required.
6. Take the lead on large and complex projects.

Skills and experience required:

1. Registered architect with ARB and RIBA membership.
2. Expertise in Revit.
3. Extensive experience managing projects within a BIM Level 2 environment.
