Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Architect & BIM Manager to work collaboratively with our expanding Architectural team. This exciting role involves working on Residential, Education, Blue light (police, fire, ambulance) projects, primarily focusing on RIBA stages 4-6, with the possibility of hybrid working. The position is based at our Eltham office.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate flexibly within a Group environment to meet project team obligations.
• Implement a BIM Management System with procedures, practices, tools, and templates to comply with BIM Level 2.
• Provide training, support, and mentoring to ensure protocol delivery of the BIM Management System.
• Lead the use, deployment, and assessment of REVIT Architecture related to BIM Management System.
• Design, draw, and compute as required.
• Lead large and complex projects.

Skills and experience required:

• Registered architect with ARB and RIBA membership.
• Expertise in Revit.
• Extensive experience managing projects within a BIM Level 2 environment.
