Job summary

Salter Grange Limited is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to own coordination and delivery on a large-scale data centre project in Finland. You will lead the BIM team and work closely with design, engineering, construction and client teams to ensure coordinated models and drawings are delivered on programme.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a BIM Lead or similar senior BIM position.
• Proven experience leading BIM delivery on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience with 3D modelling, BIM coordination and clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BIM team, allocating workloads and supporting team development.
• Establish and manage BIM workflows, standards and project deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary 3D models, ensuring effective integration into the federated model.
