Mercury is seeking a BIM Manager in London to lead BIM and digital construction across projects. You will drive BIM strategy, govern information management, and coordinate teams with clients, consultants, and manufacturing partners. Emphasis on OSM, DfMA, and AI-enabled workflows.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience with ISO 19650, BEP development, and CDE governance, delivering coordinated 3D models, drawings, and data while mentoring BIM staff and ensuring project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Lead BIM delivery on large-scale construction projects.
• Develop BEP and manage information delivery in line with EIR/AIR.
• Drive adoption of BIM standards and digital workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead BIM leadership and digital strategy for projects.
• Define BIM objectives per EIR/AIR and ISO 19650.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and model reviews.
• Manage CDE, drawing controls, and information handover.
• Oversee OSM/DfMA and digital fabrication workflows.
• Mentor BIM personnel and support training.
