Job summary

Building Careers UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Construction Manager to lead BIM and information management standards for multiple projects across the business. You will drive digital processes from tender through handover, collaborating with operational, design and commercial teams to enhance delivery and innovation.

The role requires strong BIM knowledge, ISO 19650 experience, and ability to manage several projects concurrently.

Qualifications

Minimum HND in a relevant subject.
Proven experience managing projects in a Design, Digital or BIM related role.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 information management standards.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a deadline focus.
Experience using digital coordination and model review software.
Experience with platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build), Solibri, CostX, Synchro, Twinmotion or Lumion would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Leading digital construction delivery across several projects.
Implementing and managing BIM processes in line with ISO 19650.
Developing project-specific digital execution plans and information management strategies.
Coordinating 3D model reviews and supporting multidisciplinary design coordination.
Providing guidance and training to project teams on digital tools and best practice.
Supporting the rollout of new digital technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring high-quality digital information is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
