Job summary

Willmott Dixon invites a Digital Construction Manager (BIM) to join our Yorkshire digital team. Based from Morley, Leeds, this hybrid role blends office, site, and home working.

You’ll drive BIM adoption across projects, coordinate information flow, and support design and site teams to achieve project goals. You’ll oversee BIM processes, information management, and model reviews, ensuring ISO 19650 alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM and digital construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with Revit and Solibri.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Management Team in implementing BIM processes and documentation aligned with ISO 19650.
• Manage and coordinate digital information across multiple projects from bid through to handover.
• Review models and project information, supporting quality, compliance and information management requirements.
• Work closely with Design Managers, site teams, consultants and supply chain partners to support effective digital delivery.
• Coordinate project deliverables including model information, COBie data, scanning, visualisation and logistics.
• Promote digital best practice and provide support and coaching to project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage interfaces between different BIM software and digital solutions.
