Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Manager in Leeds to lead the delivery of digital information management across major projects. You will promote digital ways of working, support delivery teams, and ensure timely delivery of project information models aligned with BIM standards and contractual obligations.

You will manage onboarding, training, and implementation of IM solutions, while driving Information Execution Plans and coordinating with stakeholders across disciplines.

Qualifications

• At least three years of working experience, ideally with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Desirable understanding of digital lifecycle stages and multiple digital techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and IM teams to deliver information models across projects.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and contractual obligations.
• Mobilise digital solutions and onboarding.
• Drive Information Execution Plans and supply chain assessments.
• Produce reports and provide strategic IM direction.
• Champion continuous improvement and stay updated on digital practices.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
