Job summary

Willmott Dixon is seeking a Digital Construction Manager (BIM) to join our Yorkshire digital team in Morley, Leeds. This hybrid role balances time between the office, project sites and home, supporting multiple Yorkshire projects while collaborating with the Northern digital construction team.

The role centers on planning, implementing and managing digital processes across the project lifecycle, from bid through handover, ensuring effective digital information management and successful delivery

Qualifications

Experience implementing BIM processes aligned with ISO 19650.
Knowledge of information management and model checking.
Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary designs within a 3D environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Digital Management Team in BIM processes and documentation.
Coordinate digital information across multiple projects from bid through handover.
Review models and project information for quality and information management compliance.
Collaborate with Design Managers, site teams, consultants and supply chain partners.
Coordinate model information, COBie data, scanning, visualization and logistics.
